Since our products are natural food items, orders once confirmed cannot be returned or refunded. However, if there is any genuine issue with your order, we will gladly assist you and try to provide a fair and reasonable solution. Damaged Product

If the product arrives damaged during delivery, we will arrange a replacement. To process the request, please email us with the following details:
  • Order number
  • Photo of the invoice
  • One photo of the outer package
  • Two clear photos of the damaged product
  • Unboxing video of the package
Once verified, we will send a replacement product. Delivery of the replacement may take 10–15 working days. If your order contains multiple items, only the damaged product will be replaced.

Missing Product

If any product from your order is missing, please inform us within 2 days of delivery. Please send the following details by email:
  • Order number
  • Photo of the invoice
  • Photo of the outer box
  • Two photos of the opened box
  • Unboxing video showing all items received
After verification, we will arrange to send the missing product as soon as possible. Refund requests will not be accepted in this case.

Spoiled or Quality Issue

If you believe the product is spoiled or has a quality issue, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. In your email, include:
  • Order number
  • Manufacturing or packaging date
  • Clear photos or video showing the issue
Please note that since our products are 100% natural and traditionally prepared, there may be slight differences in taste, texture, color, or aroma between batches. These variations are natural and do not indicate a defect. After reviewing the issue carefully, we will decide the best possible solution and, if required, provide a replacement.
